What we collect

When you use AskLeno, we process the question you type, the cards drawn, and the resulting reading in order to provide the service. Reading history is saved in your browser on your device; you can delete it at any time from ‘Your readings.’

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. AskLeno does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

To generate a reading, the question and controlled card-reading context are processed using our AI service provider. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or identifying information in a question.

How we use information

We use information to provide readings, deliver purchased question access, prevent misuse, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
